How long does it take to process my order?

We take up to 2 business days to process your order. 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping will take 6-10 business days. It is possible for the parcel to arrive earlier than expected.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will get an email with an update for when your shipment is out. It may take the shipping company 24-48 hours to process your order so please be patient with us.

Why are items in my order shipped in separate packages?

Usually, we try to have all your items shipped together. Sometimes, we may split your order so you can get it sooner. Don't worry, we don't charge you more than the shipping cost you saw during checkout.
